About paying
Is VAT included in those prices?
No. Prices are shown without VAT, and the applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout depending on where you are. If you're a business with a valid VAT number, you can enter it during checkout.
How do I pay, and who handles my card?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach us — we don't see them, store them, or have any way to.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe issues an invoice for every payment and emails it to you, and you can download past invoices from your billing portal at any time.
How do I cancel?
From inside the panel: Settings → Sync → Manage subscription opens your billing portal, where you can cancel in one click. No email, no form, no retention call. See the cancellation and refunds page.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your local panel is untouched and keeps working with everything in it. Your cloud copy stays downloadable and deletable — what stops is uploading new changes.
Do I need to subscribe to use Snugport?
No, and that's the point. The free panel isn't a limited version: it's the whole product on one device.
